Creative Supervision

I offer Clinical Supervision to Trainee and Qualified Play Therapists and Dance Movement  Psychotherapists. These are usually 1 hour long and can be offered on line or face to  face.

My approach as a supervisor is much like how I practice as a therapist. I follow a  integrative and creative approach to my work. I encourage my supervises to be reflective,  and this can take the form of experiential role play, using art materials, sand tray, written  word, self reflection through movement or through verbal reflection and discussions.

I encourage you to use your reflective journals and to bring these with you to your  supervision session. This can be a way for you to create an agenda for the sessions, but  also to be a way of continuing the process, adding to your journal during the supervision  process and continuing your learning.

We learn from our reflections and sharing, and in turn this then will impact our work  with our clients.

I have over 10 years of experience as a clinical supervisor for trainee and Registered  Play therapists/therapeutic play workers and Dance Movement psychotherapists.

I am an registered as an approved supervisor with PTUK, and am Registered Supervisor  with ADMP UK.
